Recurring Dreams

http://www.dreamsemantics.com/2009/02/recurring-dreams/

Recurring dreams are dreams that you repeatedly experience over and over again.  Recurring dreams are said to be the inner self’s way of communicating to our conscious mind.  These dreams randomly occur but are always about the exact same thing.

If you have had a recurring dream, you will notice that almost everything about that dream is repeated from the previous dream.  The most common theme in recurring dream is falling, flying, drowning, being naked in public and the inability to speak.

This kind of dream has been subject to many kinds of interpretations like the inner self communicating with our reality.  Proponents also believe that dreams like being naked in public or being held down mean that the dreamer is not giving life his or her full potential or that he or she lacks self confidence.  Flying indicates the desire of the mind to wander freely and explore other avenues of life.

Understanding these dreams may be a valuable tool to improve our lives.  It is a tool for self discovery and growth.
